Master Scheduler & Initiative Operations Leader   (contracted through Gus Perdikakis & Associates)

Manage operational results in initiative delivery and product launches for the Oral care and Rinse businesses, cost management, quality, Master planning, safety, specifications (CSS), and environmental compliance from raw/packing materials entering site to finished product distribution through Customer delivery at their warehouse.  SAP is the primary tool for all daily planning and tracking of shipments from production through to the customer delivery.  Place purchase orders for ordering of print rolls and engraving of pouches and neck bands, review and negotiating prices prior to orders being placed.  Review of drawings for bottle labels and new carton designs, then providing input to teams.  Directing planners on the needs of the project on weekly ordering for production based on an SPI. Run weekly “Where used Reports” to keep current on where displays are needed.  Conduct weekly delivery team meetings with planners, suppliers, and marketing to ensure information is current, and to work change management issues as they arise.  Currently working with teams in the U.S. Canada, China, India, Latin America and Australia.
